Prohibition of use of drugs that cause smallpox

A person who vaccinates should not use drugs that cause smallpox and if a person is given a drug that causes smallpox, unless the designated authority gives a certificate that there is no possibility of getting smallpox from him to others within forty days of taking such medicine. Do not stay with a person or stay where a person is.
